1. 5-Year Structural Workmanship Warranty

Dhaka Interior Designers provides a comprehensive 5-Year Structural Warranty on all custom wood joinery, factory-laminated cabinetry, and ceiling framing manufactured in our Tejgaon Industrial Area factory.

• Delamination & Core Swelling: 100% replacement guarantee if BWP Gorjan Marine Plywood delaminates or swells due to manufacturing defects.
• Hardware & Accessories: Covered under manufacturer warranties (Blum, Hafele, Hettich) with free labor service support for 5 years.

2. Fixed Itemized Price Guarantee

Once a final bill of quantities (BOQ) and 3D CAD design contract is signed, the contract price is 100% fixed. Zero mid-project price escalation or hidden material markups.

3. Payment Milestone Schedule

• 30% Milestone 1: Initial booking, on-site laser measurement survey, and 3D CAD design commencement.
• 40% Milestone 2: 3D sign-off and raw material procurement for Tejgaon factory joinery.
• 20% Milestone 3: Factory assembly completion and delivery of pre-fabricated modules to site.
• 10% Milestone 4: Final on-site installation, lighting calibration, deep cleaning, and keys handover.
